Return and Refund Policy

Please make sure you read our return & refund policy carefully:

Due to the diversity of our prints, we do not pre-print or keep any inventory, so every piece is printed on demand and made custom to order. Since we do not hold inventory, we are unable to accept returns and exchanges unless there's damage to the product prior to delivery. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with us within 30 days after delivery

Return Conditions:

  • We do not offer refunds for wrong orders, wrong shipping addresses, misunderstandings, change of mind, color, or product misconceptions, etc.
  • If there is an issue with your order due to an error from our side, we are more than happy to replace or refund your order.

Please note that the actual item may slightly be different from the photo, due to the photo shooting lighting or monitor's display. 

    Return Process (if applicable):

    If you are eligible for a return, please follow the instructions below: 

    Please note that your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

      • Email us at shop@gammamade.com with your order number, order date, and name.
      • Description of the issue; product photos that clearly show the extent of damage to the product on all sides. If the problem is size, please use a measuring tape or ruler.
      • Our service team will respond within 2-3 business days and return instruction(s) will be provided.

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund. 

      If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank.

      Please note that we won't accept any package(s) that is returned to us without notifying us or being approved by our team. 

      Exchanges

      If you need to exchange a product, contact us. Please note that We only replace the items you received defective or damaged.
