Ordering & Shipping

What is your shipping policy?

We offer free worldwide delivery on all orders with no minimum order amount. All orders get processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). A shipment confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent upon dispatch.

Priority Service: 5-7 business days production & delivery

How much is shipping?

We offer free worldwide delivery on all orders with no minimum order amount. We also offer expedited international shipping at an additional cost. Please proceed to checkout to view your priority shipping rate. 

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to dispatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

What if my package is lost or hasn’t arrived?

Please note that our indicated delivery times are approximate and they’re subject to change based on the country you’re located, customs clearance process and local shipping carriers' speed. However, if you don’t receive your package after 60 days of placing your order, you will be eligible for a refund or a new shipment with an expedited shipping service. Please contact us at with your order number.

I only received a partial order; where is the rest of my order?

Depending on our warehouse product availability and meeting logistics weight limit requirements, we may ship your orders separately. (e.g., you may receive part of your order sooner). We do this to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible. 

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you are not happy with your artwork, please email us at within 30 days of the delivery date and we'll make it right for you by providing refunds, credits or replacements. For exchanges, please let us know the exchange details within 30 days and we'll arrange it for you. 

How do I return an item?

If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us at or initiate a return here. Returns are 100% free and accepted within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked! 

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected or is damaged. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product and packaging and email our customer service team via with the details. A replacement will be provided upon verifying the damage and issues. 

Payment & Refunds

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payment by PayPal, Apple Pay and Klarna (Klarna is currently only available for US and Canada orders). 

Do I have to pay taxes/duties if ordering from European countries?

Thanks to our global network of more than 100 print partners in 30+ countries, we produce and ship more than 85% of orders locally, in the same country where the products are delivered. This means our European customers do not have to pay any taxes/duties upon delivery unless the order is shipped from a non-European country due to inventory availability. 

When should I expect my refund?

We aim to process refunds within 3-5 business days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

Canvas Guide

What is the difference between Canvas Print, Canvas Wrap and Framed Canvas Wrap?

We offer our canvases in both unframed and framed formats. Canvas Prints are unframed and rolled in protective tubes, the perfect choice for those who have frames or planning to buy from other sources. Canvas Wraps are stretched over wooden bars and are ready to hang out of the box. You can also add a frame to your canvas for a more luxurious look. I'm ordering a Set Of 2 or Set Of 3 option, are the sizes for each canvas?

Artworks in the "Designer Sets" collection where canvases are available individually by style (A, B, C), sizes listed are for each canvas; If you order a Set Of 2 or Set Of 3 option, your order will contain 2 or 3 canvases in the size you ordered. For example, if you order a 28x40"/ 70x100cm in a Set Of 3, you'll receive three canvases in 28x40" / 70x100cm. 

Artworks in the "3 Piece Canvas" collection are only available as a set and sizes are for all three canvases together. 

Are art pieces hand-painted?

Due to the diversity of our canvas designs, sizes, and styles, we do not keep an inventory of our canvases and they are made on-demand using the latest printing techniques and high-resolution digitally made or handmade art pieces. Our cotton canvases are finely textured artist-grade cotton substrates which consistently reproduce image details with outstanding clarity and detail.

Are art pieces framed and ready to hang?

To meet everyone's needs, we provide our canvases in both unframed and framed formats. You have the option to choose any of these canvas types from the product page:
