How long does the shipping take?
We offer free international shipping for all orders with no minimum order amount. We also offer expedited international shipping at an additional cost.
- Free Shipping: 10-15 business days
- Priority Shipping: 7-10 business days
Please note that shipping times are approximate and depend on where your country is located, your local postal office, and custom clearance processes. Once the packages reach your country, your local postal office is responsible for delivering your package. If you have any issues with your shipment after your package reaches your country, please contact your local postal office for inquiries.
How long does order processing take?
Processing your order takes about 3-7 business days.
How can I track my order?
You will receive your shipment information once your items are shipped. You can track your orders from here or click on "Track Order" from our main menu.
Please allow 3-5 business days for the shipping information to get updated. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at email@example.com.
Why isn't my tracking updating?
If your tracking is not showing information, please wait 2-3 days before trying to track your package again. If your package is showing information but it is not updating, your package is making its way to your country and will be updated once it is picked up by your local postal office.
What if my package is lost or hasn’t arrived?
Please note that our indicated delivery times are approximate and they’re subject to change based on the country you’re located, customs clearance process and local shipping carriers' speed. However, if you don’t receive your package after 60 days of placing your order, you will be eligible for a refund or a new shipment with an expedited shipping service. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com within 24 hours after you have purchased your product. We won't be able to cancel any orders after 24 hours when they're in our production stage.
What is the return policy?
Per our Return & Refund Policy, If you'd like to return your package(s), contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number within 30 days after receiving your order.
I only received a partial order; where is the rest of my order?
Depending on our warehouse product availability and meeting logistics weight limit requirements, we may ship your orders separately. (e.g., you may receive part of your order sooner). We do this to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us at email@example.com with pictures or videos of the items being damaged and we will send you an immediate replacement once we verify and confirm the damage.
Who pays for custom duties/taxes?
Custom taxes and duties are regulated by your government and postal office. As per our Shipment Policy, the customer is responsible for paying custom duties/taxes.
What is the difference between the frame options?
1. Without Frame - Print Only:
Our "Print Only" option is a high-quality print on a premium quality canvas. A Great option for local custom framing or those of you who already have the frames. All prints come with extra 3cm/1.2in white space on each edge for framing. Canvas prints will be shipped rolled up in tube packaging.
