Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you are not happy with your artwork, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date and we'll make it right for you by providing refunds, credits or replacements at no additional cost or return fee.

As we try our best to provide exceptional service, some factors like shipping and handling are outside of our control and in some rare situations, orders may get damaged in transit. If that's the case, please email us at providing photos of the canvas, packaging and shipping label and a replacement will be arranged for you.
